ABOUT THE CLIENT
Project Overview
The “Women In Tech” summit showcased the exceptional talent of women in technology and provided a platform to discuss the challenges and opportunities facing the industry. Attendees learned about the latest advancements in zero-trust security architecture, which is rapidly becoming a critical aspect of cybersecurity.
Attendees had the opportunity to participate in leadership training sessions that helped refine their professional skills and connect with other like-minded individuals in the industry.
IQvideo was tasked with capturing and documenting the entire event, it’s speakers, presentations, interviews.
After initial Zoom meeting and multiple email consultations to fully understand our client’s needs, we chose to arrive ahead of time and set up our equipment (Sony FX3 and Sony a7s3) while simultaneously capturing the arrival of guests, setup details, venue and signage using drone videography.
CHALLENGES & SOLUTIONS
To address the challenge of the harsh sunlight conditions, we took advantage of the shade for beauty shots. This way, we were able to capture stunning footage while avoiding the negative effects of the direct sunlight. By utilizing natural shade, IQvideo was able to create a visually appealing and informative video that effectively documented the event and met the client's objectives.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Pre-Production
Before the shoot, we held a Zoom meeting and had multiple email consultations with the client to discuss their needs and event agenda.
Production
On the day of the event, we arrived ahead of time to set up the equipment. While preparing for the event, we also took the opportunity to capture some of the event space's details and use drone videography to make the final production more engaging.
Post-Production
After the event, we started working on the post-production phase and all of the deliverables were completed on time.
